Dr. Madhu Loomba besides being a very successful professional, is a great social worker as well. Her heart feels for the poor, needy and deprived ones of the society. She works selflessly for social causes by organizing free health check-up camps in hospital. She ensures a regular supply of food and clothes in two of the orphanages of Kanpur. She has also adopted girls through a club of Kanpur whose education is being sponsored by her. In addition to this, every year she adopts few infertile couples and gives them free treatment. She is highly inspired by the government campaign of Save the Girl Child and contributes towards it in her own unique way.
